The flat will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. If you are there for longer than a week the flat will be cleaned on a weekly basis.
The apartment address is 3 Esplanade Court, it is located directly above Claire Wyman’s Opticians on 6 North Beach. It is reached either by a foot passage adjacent to the opticians on North Beach Street or off Quay Street. We suggest that you print a copy of the map from our web-site.
The apartment is in a cul-de-sac in the centre of town and beside a small fishing harbour. Accordingly there may be some associated noise but to date this has never disturbed any of our clients.
Our check in time is after 4pm. Our check-out time is 10am.
One of the joys of living on an island is that our ferries and planes can suffer problems in winter, but also in summer. We will do what we can to help, but strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any problems.

The flat is designed for 4 people. There is one room with a king-sized bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.
No. The flat is reached by a set of stairs and there are stairs inside the flat.
Yes, when you arrive the beds will be fully made-up. There are fluffy white bath-sheets and hand towels. If you are staying for more than a week you will receive a change of bed-linen and towels after a week.
Sorry no pets are allowed. However registered working guide dogs are of course allowed.
The flat is reached by a flight of stairs and is beside the harbour, for this reason it is not suitable for young children.
Sorry no smoking is allowed in the flat.
There is free parking immediately behind and in front of the flat and in the car-park two minutes walk away.
